Phillips & Son Roofing are a multi-service contracting company, and as such, are able to provide a wide range of roofing services, including conversions, repairs, and Compliance Assessments.

 

Domestic Roofing

Phillips & Son are able to work independently, or alongside other contractors to design and implement a variety of roofing styles and types. We’re proficient in many types of roof construction such as gable style, hip and valley, Swiss, dormer, and many more. With access to a huge network of suppliers, we’re also able to source a range of roofing materials, including traditional Welsh slate, concrete tile, stone tile, and many more.

 

Flat Roofing

Often times, it's either not feasible, or simply not desired to have a pitched roof. In these cases, a flat roof is often the best option. Built with a slight incline in order to ensure proper drainage, a flat roof is usually a more cost-effective option than a traditional pitched roof, but because we use an OSB and Fibreglass construction, it's no less durable or sturdy, and will perform for years to come.

 

Industrial Roofing

Larger roofs, or those needed for bars, factories, warehouses, or other buildings where size and performance are factors, industrial roofing is a good option. We specialise in the construction of industrial roofs using ridged steel for superior weather resistance, strength, and drainage. We're so confident in our industrial roofing, in fact, we put the roof on our own warehouse, and it's not missed a beat yet!

 

Emergency Repairs

The weather is far from predictable in the UK, so storm damage, leaks, or other unforeseen damage isn't that uncommon. It's a good thing then, that we specialise in emergency repairs, and are ready to do emergency callouts whenever you are. We're also qualified to take care of any insurance-related work you may require, too.

Roof Repair

We’re also able to work on existing roofs when it's not an emergency, repairing damage to tiles, trusses, waterproofing, felting, insulation, and all other elements, regardless of the age or material already in place. 

 

Re-Tiling

We’re able to remove and replace any tiles you may already have, offering a material-match where possible if desired, or sourcing and finding a suitable alternative if you’d prefer.

 

Chimney Repair/Removal

We specialise in the removal of damaged chimneys and flues, and are able to match material, maintaining the aesthetic value of the surrounding roof.

 

Facias and Guttering

Facias and guttering are an important part of the roof, and prevent wall damage, damp, and water ingress. If yours are damaged, missing, or are just in need of some updating, we're able to replace them with the same skill and quality with which we work on roofs.

 

Velux Windows

If you would like to have a roof-light or Velux window installed, then we can take care of that, fitting it without damaging the surrounding roof, no matter the construction or
